Routine inspections are carried out at regular intervals (3 monthly or 6 monthly) depending on the owner’s preference. We will notify you of upcoming inspections. Photographs will be taken during inspections so that we have documentation of the property and to report back to the owners. Photographs cannot be used for any other purpose without the tenant’s written consent.
PETS
Many of our properties are pet friendly. You will be required to sign a pet agreement before you are permitted to have a pet at the property and all pets are subject to the owner’s approval. Our policy is that all pets must be outdoors unless special arrangements are made with the owner. We have very few properties that allow indoor pets.
SMOKING
Smoking inside is not permitted at any of our properties.
